Sometimes you find things when you’re not even looking.
Imagine my surprise when I stumbled across this photo of an ancestor going back six generations. It appeared in an article about the couple (or more precisely about David) in the Brooklyn Daily Times.
Susan Emily (Hendrickson) Caywood is my 5X great-aunt. She was born about 1833 in Cold Spring Harbor, New York, and is the daughter of Valentine Hendrickson and Ann Van Sise.
As you can see I come from a long line of happy Hendrickson’s!
